Services Simple Estate Agents

At Simple Estate Agents we understand that when it comes to buying homes, it is important to get great financial advice. So over the years we have created great relationships with a panel of local Independent Financial advisors who can truly help our clients.

They are looking to offer similar services such as:

  • Residential mortgage borrowing for owner-occupiers
  • Second or multiple property financing
  • Investment property loans for buy-to-let
  • Loans for short leasehold and unusual properties
  • Bridging finance
  • Borrowing in a company name or trust
  • Personal and property protection advice
  • The best thing is that they are all whole of market and look at any lender to ensure you are getting the best deal possible.

They understand and guide you through the whole process from start to finish. And the best thing is that because we have worked with them for so long we can both work effectively as a partnership to get your home purchase completed as quickly as possible.

To speak to someone on our panel click on the link and fill in the details and we will pass your details on for a call back.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Simple Estate Agent do not offer financial advice, we will only act as introducers to independent financial advisors.

When it comes to conveyancing we understand that we need partners who’s service and values mirror ours.

So we have carefully selected a panel of solicitors we know we can trust with our clients’ transactions, to ensure that they get the job done whilst providing a high level of customer service.

As clients you can expect from our partners the following:

No Move No Fee

If you are involved in a transaction and for what ever reason the move doesn’t complete you won’t be charged a fee.

Fixed Fee

We ensure that partners we recommend work to a fixed fee policy. Therefore you know at the beginning how much you will be charged. (fee will only change if your instructions change)

Dedicated Conveyancer

We understand that having that person on the phone to discuss any issues especially when you’re moving is important. That’s why you will be allocated a dedicated conveyancer from the beginning.

Cutting Edge Technology

As we love to embrace technology, we have find partners who also do. They have great IT systems in place so you can receive communication and updates in a multiple of forms
