Fast-food fans in Hayes really can have it their way now Burger King has launched a home delivery service from its local restaurant.

The outlet in Glencoe Road is one of eight across the UK to have been chosen for a three-month trial of the service.

Customers within a two-mile radius can now place orders by telephone or through the company's website, every day between 12pm and 3pm and 6pm and 10pm.

The service is also being tested in Northampton, Romford, Truro, Hornchurch, Gants Hill, Hull and Skegness.

The company, which operates around 14,000 outlets worldwide, plans to roll out the service nationally later this year.

Matthew Bresnahan, BK's marketing director for Northern Europe, Russia and Africa, said: “Burger King is firmly committed to delivering great-tasting food at affordable prices to all of our customers.

"We are extremely excited about this home delivery service trial so customers can continue to enjoy the perfect combination of taste, at great value prices, now delivered straight to their homes.”

Orders must cost at least £14. Offers are available.
